CalcRush Terms of Service Last updated: March 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using CalcRush, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who Can Use CalcRush You must be at least 13 years old to use CalcRush. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.

3. Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share your account or impersonate other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Free Tier Free users receive 10 battles per day with the renewal of 1 battle per hour, theres also an option to watch ads to earn additional battles. Free users may access 1 custom league.

Premium Subscription Premium subscribers receive unlimited battles with no ads, access to exclusive premium avatars, up to 5 custom leagues, and the ability to customize league names and themes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial.

Billing All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property All content in CalcRush, including graphics, design, game mechanics, and code, is owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties CalcRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CalcRush.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
